Our Geothermal Systems Showcased at the CRBRA Parade of Homes June 11 & 12

We will have someone there to show the system and answer questions from 11AM to 5PM both weekend days – June 11 & 12.  Aztech Geothermal Systems are in the following houses: # 11 Witt Construction, 405 Orchard Street, Delmar AND # 4 Halfmoon Construction, 36 Van Voast Lane, Glenville.  Note: Annual energy bills will be half of a conventional system. These systems feature the following: 3,600 feet of buried geothermal closed loop piping, 12 speed WaterFurnace geothermal heat pump, 4 zones with LCD touch screen smart thermostats, two heat recovery ventilators (HRV) for fresh air, central bathroom fan system integrated thru the HRVs, geothermal pre-heat to domestic hot water system, high efficiency combination tankless water heater, remote monitoring, control and system diagnostics. For more information you can go to the website for the event:  http://www.capitalregionparadeofhomes.com/homes/show/28.  Again, we will have someone there to explain things on the Parade days. Hope to see you there!
