We set out to build a system with minimal operating cost and environmental impact – and that’s exactly how it turned out. The variable speed heat pump is extremely responsive to changing outdoor conditions and can maximize both comfort and efficiency simultaneously. A heat recovery ventilator (HRV) provides balanced ventilation providing the most efficient fresh air system available. The HRV also doubles as a central bathroom fan, eliminating 3 additional individual fans, 3 additional penetrations in the walls of the home.
